CLIMB – Children’s Lives Include Moments of Bravery

CLIMB – Children’s Lives Include Moments of Bravery
Thursdays, Sept. 20 to Oct. 25, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
UW Cancer Center at ProHealth Care

CLIMB helps children understand and deal with cancer in their family. Specially trained leaders encourage open discussions about cancer, treatments
and possible side effects. Children learn that being sad, frightened or even angry is a natural part of dealing with cancer. Participants create art projects and do
other activities to help them identify and express their feelings. They also receive a workbook to share with their families. The program is geared toward children 5 to 12 years old.

Classes and events are free unless otherwise indicated. Registration is required for all events. Unless noted, register for classes online at ProHealthCare.org/Classes or call 262-928-2745.
