In 2024, Eras Senior Network partnered with Life Empowered Consulting Services to develop a new Strategic Plan to guide our organization over the next several years. This plan builds upon more than four decades of service and reaffirms our mission of empowering seniors and engaging generations in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.
A Collaborative Planning Process
The strategic planning process brought together board members, staff, and advisory committee members to reflect on where Eras has been and envision where we’re headed. Guided by Life Empowered Consulting Services, we assessed our strengths, challenges, and opportunities to ensure Eras continues to meet community needs in meaningful and sustainable ways.

Vision: Eras Senior Network is the leading nonprofit creating communities where seniors and those who care for them are fully embraced through collaborative partnerships, coordinated services, and intergenerational volunteer activities.
Our Areas of Focus
The resulting plan centers on four key goals designed to strengthen our mission and expand our impact:
Increase financial stability by cultivating new unrestricted funding sources to support programs and operations.
Expand our network of dedicated volunteers while ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered in their roles.
Enhance visibility and awareness of Eras across Milwaukee and Waukesha counties to attract support and partnerships.
Reduce isolation by fostering meaningful connections between older adults, volunteers, and partners, creating a supportive and inclusive community
